02Eligibility & Accounts

04User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, listings, products, messages, store content). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

05AI Features

Our Services include AI-powered features (such as matching, search, profile and content generation, recommendations, and AI-generated visuals). AI outputs are provided to assist you and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. AI features may change, and some are offered on an "as available" basis.

06Marketplace & Transactions

Some Services let businesses and individuals connect, list products, and transact. Where this applies:

• We provide the platform; we are generally not a party to contracts made directly between users (e.g. buyer and seller, supplier and buyer);
• Users are responsible for their own listings, prices, products, fulfillment and compliance with applicable laws;
• Verification and payment tools are provided to support trust and safety, but you remain responsible for your own due diligence.

07Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or fee.
• Prices, plan limits and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; by paying, you also accept their terms.
• Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals as described in your account or pricing terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Commerce Group from claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
